| Jon Hendricks and Art of Jazz Community Voices will be “Jumpin at Roy’s”
Original Jazz Vocal icon Jon Hendricks joins 250 Toronto Students in Performance April 24, 2008, 8:00 pm at Roy Thomson Hall. Along with his daughter Aria Hendricks, the Hendricks’ will lead over 250 young vocalists from 10 Jane/Finch area elementary and middle schools in the Toronto District School Board. The joint will be jumpin’ as these hip vocalists will be joined on stage by a stellar group of Canadian all-stars including Don Thompson, Archie Alleyne, David Virelles, Jane Bunnett, Larry Cramer, Bonnie Lester and a full gospel choir.
